I give the rescue permission to investigate the information provided, including conducting a background check, as well as contact veterinarians, etc. I understand the decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual pet etc. I understand it is the rescue's sole prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate, that my application can be denied at any time for any reason, that their decision is final, and I will not contest it. The rescue's goal is to place pets in loving homes and any information gathered is used only for that interest. As with any animals we do understand accidents happen. However, our soul interest is in the foster. We are not liable for any injury to anyone or anything, other than the dog(s) in foster. You assume all responsibility for your own pets, persons and property. *Enter your initials to acknowledge. You understand the importance of communicating with us about your foster. Should any issue arise, you understand to let us know. *Enter your initials to acknowledge. You cannot post this animal on your own or find it a home on your own. You are free to share posts made. You also are not permitted to travel with the foster(s) or take them to a shelter or other rescue. Until adopted, these dogs are considered the property of the rescuers helping them to find their forever homes. *Enter your initials to acknowledge.Any items given to you by the rescuer, belong to said rescuer and need to be cared for and returned upon completion of fostering unless otherwise stated by your rescuer. Any damaged, stolen or missing items/property will be replaced at the cost of the foster. Example: crate, leash, collar, toys, etc. *Enter your initials to acknowledge. We understand some things are out of your control, but we fully expect our fosters to understand the needs of these specific breeds and do their best to ensure they do not end up missing or stolen. We ask that they are supervised when outdoors and not left outside for extended periods of time. French Bulldogs can be at a higher risk of IVDD so we expect our fosters to do their best to keep them from flying down staircases and practicing gymnastics. Given the bossy nature of the breed we do prefer foster dogs to be fed separately from other animals in the beginning, long term fosters will be at the fosters discretion. Further training may be needed for specific dogs, which can include kennel training, leash work, socializing, potty training and other behavior related issues. We do our best to ensure dogs are placed in the right foster homes who can provide specific training or medical attention, but please understand most breeder surrenders were not treated as house dogs and might take time to adjust. And lastly, we do not use any boarding or daycare facilities at this time, if a foster needs to travel please contact us prior and we will arrange for a temp foster to assist any of your current FFFF foster dogs.
